Weft & Warp
Weavers conceptualize their work through the marriage of weft and warp. That is, between the material (weft) and the space between (warp). This ratio determines the pattern.
One question: How will our design for this day's work improve with putting more appreciation on the space between things? Leaving a bit of room between commitments to absorb its tenor, or waiting one more breath before responding may make a preferable pattern in today's weave.
Will lacy and airy or strong for containment be your best bet? How do you make a winning transition between the two? Like the weavers, we can go for balance...unless this is an avant-garde approach to meet a clutch situation.
