I'm Honored

I am honored to convey that I submitted a proposal to speak at a premier global, professional conference...and was not one of the handful selected.

It would have been nice to meet the needs of the audience well, to furnish insights, and to absorb fresh learning. However, winning and securing desired results is simply the satisfying reward that lasts about as long a stunning sunrise. Then the quest is on again! For me, it is a lot like executing a paining. I do like looking at the finished pieces. However, it's the process that is juicy, provoking and engaging.

So, in this context, the writing, researching, thinking, and synthesizing I did to turn out the proposal becomes the soil to furnish the next crop of discoveries. Thus far, it has been the impetus to expand into a new platform (Substack), offer an auxiliary service (group coaching), and set in motion new contacts (awareness researchers). This means I'm still blocking in areas of color and defining forms in this composition! Let's raise a toast in celebration of those convoluted and complex components that really comprise growth.
